Participation Registration Deadline:  12/1/2017

Registration Fee:  $20.00 per student

Requisition/Purchase Order Information - Should be initiated prior to festival registration 

Late Fee - after registration deadline:  $50.00.  Late registration must be approved.  Acceptance not guaranteed.

LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS APPROVED BY THE AMEA VP ES/JH ACTIVITIES. It is the responsibility of the teacher wishing to submit late entries to email Max Rogers, AMEA VP ES/JH Activities: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  with a request to submit late registrations including the reason for the request.  If approval is granted for late registration, the AMEA Executive Director and Festival Chair will be notified and the registration will be processed.

Non-Member Fee:  $100.00.  Members must login to the AMEA website BEFORE registering.  Current NAfME membership required.  Non-members go directly to registration form.

 

Participation Requirements:

a. Students must first have been accepted into honor group.

b. Students must have festival music properly prepared before the time the rehearsal begins.

c. Students who have not learned the festival music will be disqualified on festival day.

d. Students must be able to attend every minute of every rehearsal at the festival as well as the festival performance.

e. Students will be expected to exhibit and maintain exemplary behavior at all times. Failure to do so may result in dismissalfrom the group.

f. Students are to wear appropriate attire for rehearsals and the performance.

g. Students must attend all rehearsals in order to participate in the concert.
